KISWA Return & Exchange Policy

At KISWA, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every hijab you wear. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions to send your item(s) back.
  • Return shipping is initiated and paid by the customer. Items must be mailed to the address below:

Exchanges

  • Need a different color or style? You can request an exchange instead of a return.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to reflect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
